Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide knowledge on lab rules and safety, usages of lab equipments, theoretically calculations on chemical reactions.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to learn basic rules of lab studies
  • will be able to comprehend the features of equipments and glasswares which are used in the lab
  • will have knowledge on basics of seperations and purifications
  • will have knowledge on mole relationships in chemical reactions
  • will be able to calculate the reaction yield
Course Description Laboratory safety, usages of basic lab equipments and glasswares, separation and purification methods, the mole concept.
